About Camden Living Housing Association

Camden Living Housing Association was founded by Camden Council to reduce the increasing strain on the affordable housing market.

Camden Council took action to make sure that more homes could be available at affordable rents within the thriving and diverse community of Camden.

Camden Living Housing Association is part of the Camden Council housing family and shares the Council’s values and objectives.

Camden Living Housing Association’s priority is to offer affordable homes, at social rent. Properties will be managed by Camden officers on behalf of Camden Living Housing Association.

Renting with Camden Living Housing Association

Camden Living Housing Association has a contract with Camden Council for Camden Council to provide all tenancy, neighbourhood and maintenance services to Camden Living Housing Association tenants. This includes collecting the rent and services charges on behalf of Camden Living Housing Association.

Camden Living Housing Association is the landlord, and tenants have an assured tenancy with Camden Living Housing Association.
